There's something similar to this that makes "cookies". 1 ripe banana, 1 cup quick oats (or 2 packets flavored instant oatmeal); mash banana, stir in oats, form cookies on microwave safe plate, microwave for 1 minute, cool and enjoy. You can add in raisins, cinnamon, chocolate chips, peanut butter, peanut butter chips, caramel baking bits, chopped dried apples or whatever else you want.
I've made them many times. My favorite combinations are: 1 ripe banana, 2 packets apple cinnamon instant oatmeal, 1 tbs caramel baking bits. 1 ripe banana, 1 cup quick oats, 1/2 tbs chocolate chips, 1/2 tbs peanut butter chips, 1 tbs creamy peanut butter.
I've found it best to pat the mixture into a large square and then cut it into bars once it has been cooked and cooled.
